COOKING YOUR ENTREE FONDUE

Stove Top Directions:
1. Add vegetable bouillon to 40oz of water and heat on medium high heat
2. Bring broth to a rolling boil. Insert proteins in pot of boiling broth. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes or to your liking.
3. Using a slotted spoon remove protein and place on serving dish. Let stand two minutes before eating, food will be hot!
*Make sure proteins are cooked a minimum internal temperature of 170F.
Oven Cooking Directions:
1. Preheat oven to bake at 400F. Remove protein from packaging including the wooden skewers.
2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or spray with cooking spray. Place proteins on baking sheet with an inch of space between.
3. Place proteins in oven for 10 - 15 minutes, or until items are cooking thoroughly. Chicken and pork should reach a minimum internal temperature of 170F.
4. Remove from oven, let stand for 2 - 3 minutes and place of serving dish. Serve with included fondue dipping sauces.
Traditional Fondue Pot Cooking Directions
1. Add 40oz water to your Fondue Pot. Add vegetable bouillon or any other flavoring.
2. Turn on heat element and heat up broth to a rolling boil.
3. Skewer your fondue proteins and cook according to our recommended cook times. If in doubt, all items should cook in 3 minutes if skewered individually.
4. Remove items from pot and place cooked protein on your dinner plate. DO NOT eat proteins from the same plate and the fresh and unprepared proteins.
5. Enjoy with dipping sauces
BBQ Cooking Directions
1. Turn on BBQ to 400F
2. Brush grill top with oil.
3. Add skewers to grill, keep items spaced so there is at least an inch between each skewer.
4. Let items grill for 3 minutes and flip over
5. Cook for another 3 minutes and check for readiness, protein should be cooked.
6. Remove from grill and serve with fondue dipping sauces.
